This Webinar is all about Healthy Eating and making it easy for children to make healthy eating choices!

Children and parents take part in fun and engaging activities that give them clues about healthy eating. Inspired by the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate and The Garden Project’s lessons on nutrition, families discover fruit and vegetable color groups, identifying what they look like by shape and color and discover the colors of the rainbow as they give color to their plates!

Date : Saturday December 5

Session 1: 9a to 10a PST | 12 to 1p EST| 18:00-19:00 (Rome Time)

Audience : Open to all parent & children (age 4-9) and early years/primary teachers
