Saturday June 27

2 SESSIONS!

Mindfulness helps us draw awareness of what is going on in the present moment. Mindfulness comes into play when we breath, making us aware of every in- and out-breath. This is mindfulness of breath. When we take every gulp of water with full awareness of the present moment, this is called mindfulness of drinking. When we go for a walk and become fully conscious of every step we are making, we pare practicing mindfulness of walking.

This session is about showing children, parents and teachers how to practice mindfulness into the things we do everyday - walking sitting, working, eating and talking - generating peaceful energy from within. If we keep practicing it, the seed of mindfulness within us, will grow strong and will be there for us any time we need it.
